Rachel panics during her baby shower when she realizes how totally unprepared she is to care for an infant, and reluctantly goes along with her icy mother Sandra's plans to move in and help out—which hardly makes roommate Ross jump for joy. Meanwhile, as Monica tries to atone for forgetting to invite Sandra, an exhausted Chandler and Ross help Joey prepare for his audition as a new game show host by playing the befuddling game over and over.
