Born in Manila, Philippines. He moved to Daly City, California, a city between San Francisco and South San Francisco, at the age of 9. He graduated from Westmoor High School and attended San Francisco State University right after. Jeff acted in school productions since the age of 11 and it wasn't till the age of 19 that he decided to take it up professionally. |
