Officially confirmed by NBC on May 15, 2006, Joey has been cancelled with 8 episodes unaired. It's still to be announced when/if NBC plans to air off its unaired episodes.

Due to bad ratings, Joey was put back on hiatus after episode 2x14 was aired. It's not clear when or if Joey will return.
