The new "X-Files" movie won't just be a two-actor showcase for David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Xzibit, Amanda Peet and Billy Connolly will add a dash of eclecticism to the cast.

December shoot for X Files sequel

Filming on the second X Files movie is to begin on 10 December, 20th Century Fox has announced.
The film will see David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson reprise their famous roles as alien-hunting FBI agents Mulder and Scully.
Series creator Chris Carter will direct the as-yet unnamed film when production begins in Vancouver, Canada.
