Duff Goldman has not taken the typical approach to baking. This 31 year old started by getting his BA in History and Philosophy, which of course is not usually the way you start a world famous bakery but it sure has worked for Goldman. As owner and boss of Charm City Cakes he has turned his bakery into a wonderland of amazing cakes for everyone from his best buddies to both the Clinton and Bush administrations.

Using drill saws and blow torches to make his cakes, hiring a staff entirely of friends and fellow rock musicians, Duff Goldman has made his bakery into one of the most sought after cake makers in the country. The group also makes up for a fun and entertaining ride for a half hour. Starting with a an almost perfect replica of of the Preakness Jokey Club all the way to making individual cakes for each table at an amusement park wedding, he and his team of artists dish up sugar and spice in the most unexpected and entertaining ways.
